Any build work, tool licences, access reviews beyond the three processes.

Payment
Invoices in USD or EUR by bank transfer, due in 7 days. Audit paid upfront. Build Sprint 50% at signature and 50% at go-live; Systems Project 40%, 40% at test sign-off, 20% at go-live. Run plans monthly in advance. No card payments for now.

Because the expensive mistake is automating the wrong process. The fee is credited to the build.
Can you work in our tools?
Yes, that is the default. We need scoped access, not admin rights.
Where is our data processed?
In your accounts and the region you choose. We sign a DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
No. We answer your security questionnaire, work inside your infrastructure and keep no copies of production data.
